Returns

Most unused, undamaged items can be returned with the original packaging for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days. However, we cannot refund shipping costs.  We can only accept full unopened bags for products that are sold by the bag.  

DO NOT refuse delivery of unwanted items.  Most USPS packages that are refused at delivery do not make it back to us.  We can only refund items that we have physically received back.

Simply send us an email to info@ventmasters.com describing what you are returning and we will give you instructions on how to return.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returns of larger purchases and specialty items.
